Check-in: Your room will be ready for access from 2:00 PM.

Early Check-in: Whenever possible, our team will gladly accommodate early check-ins before 2:00 PM. Should you wish to guarantee access to your room from 8:00 AM, an additional fee of 500 THB will be required upon booking.

Check-out: On the day of your departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 12:00 PM at the latest.

Late Check-out: Whenever possible, our team will extend your room access until 5:00 PM on the day of departure for an additional fee of 500 THB. This service can be arranged upon booking.

Extra bed: An additional bed can be added to your room for 500 THB per night, suitable for children aged 4 and above.

Children: Complimentary baby cots are available upon request for children under the age of 4.

Payment:

• Credit Cards: We accept most international credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Union Pay.
• Cash: We accept Thai Baht, Euros, US Dollars, and British Pounds.

Payment Policy:

1. Customers are required to pay the full amount of the room prior to their stay if the room is not reserved in advance.
2. Non-refundable room charges apply.
3. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

Room Security Deposit: A security deposit of 1,000 THB per room is required. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out provided there is no damage or loss incurred during your stay.

Extra Bed / Extra Person:

• Number of Guests per Room Type: 2 Single/Double, accommodating 2 adults.
• Children Policy:
  1. Children aged 6 years old or under, or those not taller than 120 cm, stay free of charge. (Extra beds are not available)
  2. Children over 6 years old will be charged at the adult rate.

• Extra Bed: An additional fee of 500 baht per person per night applies for an extra bed. Please notify us in advance.
• Exceeding Guest Limit: If upon check-in it is discovered that there are more guests than the stated number, the hotel will charge an extra person fee equivalent to twice the normal service fee.
