Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: Rooms are available from 2:00 PM. Our reception team will be pleased to welcome you to Ratana Hill Patong Hotel and assist with your arrival in Phuket.

Early Check-in: Subject to availability. Guests wishing to guarantee room access from 8:00 AM may reserve this service for an additional fee of 500 THB.

Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Room access may be extended until 5:00 PM for an additional fee of 1,000 THB. Advance requests are recommended through our hotel reception.

Extra Bed & Children Policy

Extra Bed Adult: An additional bed can be provided for 1,000 THB per night. Advance notice is required.

Extra Bed Children: An additional bed can be provided for 500 THB per night. Advance notice is required.

Baby Cot: Complimentary baby cots are available upon request for children under 4 years old.

Children Policy:

Children aged 6 years and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Children over 6 years old are charged at the adult rate.
Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy: Standard room occupancy is 2 guests. Additional guests must be declared at the time of booking.
